The Israeli occupation’s endorsement of a law to ban Palestinian detainees held in Israeli jails from necessary medical treatment is part of the occupation's deliberate medical negligence policy. It also reflects the Israeli government’s fascist plans against the Palestinian people. 

We warn against the implementation of this racist law and confirm that it will not break the will of Palestinian prisoners held in Israeli jails. 

Hamas also calls on human rights organizations to condemn this law that arbitrarily violates human rights. Such organizations should also bear witness to Israeli racism and crimes at international courts and to defend the rights to freedom and justice for the Palestinian people.
