The Palestinian Islamic Resistance Movement Hamas mourns the martyrdom of three Palestinians, Jehad Al-Shami, 24, Oday Al-Shami, 22, and Mohammed Dabik, 18, who were extrajudicially killed by the Israeli occupation forces in a pre-dawn raid on occupied Nablus.

Hamas spokesperson Hazem Qassem has said the genocidal occupation committed a new crime against the Palestinian people in occupied Nablus.

Hamas reiterates that resisting the occupation is a legitimate right for the Palestinian people in their quest for freedom as stipulated in UN Resolution 37/43, dated December 3, 1982, which reaffirms "the legitimacy of the struggle of peoples for independence, territorial integrity, national unity and liberation from colonial and foreign domination and occupation by all available means, including armed struggle."
