Head of Hamas Political Bureau Ismail Haniyeh, accompanied by a high-level delegation from the movement, met Wednesday evening with Speaker of the Algerian National Assembly, Salah Goudjil, upon his arrival in the Algerian capital, Algiers. 

Hailing the Algerian president and people for their unwavering stances in support of the Palestinian cause, Haniyeh explained that the movement's strategy is based on three priorities - embracing comprehensive resistance, restructuring the Palestinian house, and cementing ties with the Arab and Muslim world. 

The Algerian National Assembly's speaker, in turn, reaffirmed his country's constant position in support of the Palestinian people, reiterating the necessity for achieving intra-Palestinian unity.
