The Israeli occupation's approval of tenders for the construction of more than 1,000 settlement units in the illegal settlements of "Efrat" and "Beitar Illit", both in Bethlehem, and "Gilo", east of occupied Jerusalem, is a continuation of its aggressively Judaizing approach targeting our Palestinian people and their homeland.
As we denounce such appalling encroachment upon our Palestinian homeland, we renew our call for the Palestinian Authority (PA) to end security collaboration with the Israeli occupation, which only serves its agenda at the expense of the legitime Palestinian national rights.
We urge the international community and the United Nations to assume their responsibilities towards ending the Israeli occupation and putting an end to its policies and violations against our Palestinian people and their homeland and holy sites.
