The Hamas movement holds the Israeli occupation’s Prison Service responsible for the life of Palestinian detainee Waleed Daqqa, who is held in Israeli jails.

Waleed suffers from cancer and denied medical treatment by the Israeli Prison Service. Although his health has been deteriorating recently, the Israeli occupation denied Waleed necessary medical care.

The Hamas movement condemns the Israeli occupation’s deliberate medical negligence policy against detainees and calls on the international community and human rights organisations to pressure the Israeli occupation into stopping its crimes and violations against the Palestinian people.
