Hamas spokesperson Abdulattif Al-Qanoa said that the Israeli government’s approval of the so-called ‘flag march’ led by extremist Zionists is provocative for the Palestinian people and every Arab and Muslim individual.

In a press release, Al-Qanoa explained that the extremist Israeli settlers plan to break into the Al-Aqsa mosque and provoke Palestinians.

He called on the Arab and Muslim Ummah and the free peoples of the world to support Palestinians against the planned Israeli violations intended to change the features and identity of the Al-Aqsa mosque.

“The Israeli plans are intended to divide the Al-Aqsa mosque spatially and temporally as well,” Al-Qanoa added.

The Hamas spokesperson also urged the Palestinian people in the West Bank and across 1948 occupied Palestinian territories to defend the Al-Aqsa against the planned Israeli attacks.
