The Palestinian Islamic Resistance Movement Hamas has said that it was following with interest a probe into Israeli crimes against Palestinian journalists conducted by AlJazeera’s investigative series “Tip of the Iceberg”. 

Member of Hamas Political Bureau in Gaza, Ali al-Amoudi, said that the findings of such investigation confirm that the Israeli occupation is “deliberately targeting Palestinian journalists in a bid to wipe out the truth and evade responsibility for its crimes.” 

Al-Amoudi emphasised that the Israeli crimes against Palestinian journalists will never discourage them from assuming their national role in “conveying the voice of our Palestinian people to the world” and exposing the fascist, racist Israeli occupation and its crimes against the Palestinians.
