Following the Israeli occupation's decision to okay the construction of six illegal outposts for terrorist Israeli colonial settlers in Masafer Yatta in the occupied southern West Bank city of Hebron, the so-called Israeli supreme court has approved a decision to displace Palestinian citizens of Masafer Yatta from their homes and lands under the pretext that the area will be used for military training purposes. 

Such move proves that the Israeli occupation judiciary rubber-stamps the Israeli occupation government's racist and fascist policies aimed at expelling the Palestinian people and Judaizing their lands. 

As it vehemently condemns and rejects such racist decisions, Hamas confirms that the Palestinian people will not allow the Israeli occupation to implement such schemes. 

Meanwhile, Hamas calls on the international community and the United Nations to break their silence, hold the Israeli occupation accountable for its crimes and flagrant violations of the most basic human rights, and endorse the Palestinian cause until ending the occupation and establishing a Palestinian state with Jerusalem as its capital.
