Hamas mourns the martyrdom of young Palestinian men named Khaled Asa'sa, 21 and Qassam Abu Saryya, 29, and minor Ahmed Saqr, 15 who were executed by the Israeli occupation forces in a deadly raid on the occupied West Bank city of Jenin. 

Hamas reiterates that the Palestinian resistance will not be crushed and will always be prepared to defend its people and land against the Israeli occupation forces' offensives at any cost.

Resisting the occupation is a legitimate right for the Palestinian people in their quest for freedom as stipulated in UN Resolution 37/43, dated December 3, 1982, which reaffirms "the legitimacy of the struggle of peoples for independence, territorial integrity, national unity and liberation from colonial and foreign domination and occupation by all available means, including armed struggle."
