Hamas spokesperson Abdul Latif al-Qanoua said the ongoing Israeli aggression against occupied Jenin for the second consecutive day was a war crime in full view of the world.

The occupation forces' conduct in Jenin reflects the fascist nature of the Israeli occupation government that blatantly violates international norms and UN and humanitarian resolutions, al-Qanoua added.

The Hamas spokesperson pointed out that the United States' support for the Israeli occupation state demonstrates its involvement in the brutal aggression against the densely populated city and refugee camp.

He emphasised that despite the crimes and aggression perpetrated by the Israeli occupation forces, the Palestinian people would not be deterred from exercising their right to resistance.
