Hamas official Ali Baraka called on Arab and Islamic nations and the free peoples of the world to take swift action to defend occupied Jerusalem and the Al-Aqsa Mosque against Judaisation and division schemes.

Baraka has reiterated that the Palestinian people were determined to protect their land and sanctities at any cost.

Not only do the Israeli occupation forces and colonial settlers violate the sanctities of Muslim and Christian holy sites in Jerusalem, but they also attack sit-ins in solidarity with Palestinian families facing displacement and arbitrary detention, he added.
