Hamas spokesperson Hazem Qassem has reiterated that the recently revealed remarks about a plan put forth by extremist minister Bezalel Smotrich to seize the remaining parts of the occupied West Bank serve as additional evidence of the ethnic cleansing policy pursued by the Zionist government.

Qassem emphasised that this plan "exposes the occupation government's intention to continue displacing the Palestinian people".

He added that these remarks reflect the fascist government's complete disregard for international laws and resolutions.
