Hamas official Hisham Qassem has called for escalating resistance in response to the Israeli colonial settlers' aggression against Palestinians in the occupied West Bank.
 
Qassem cited recent attacks by terrorist colonisers, sponsored by Israeli occupation forces, on Palestinian civilians and shepherds in occupied Hebron's Masafer Yatta town. He also highlighted the pumping of wastewater into agricultural lands in several towns by colonial settlers, leading to environmental pollution and damage.
 
The Hamas official urged international organisations and human rights institutions to condemn these acts that not only harm Palestinians but also have broader implications for the Palestinian environment.
