The Israeli high court denied an appeal submitted by Palestinian families whose land was confiscated to construct the so-called ‘Homish settlement’ north of the occupied West Bank. This decision confirms once again the complicity of the Israeli judicial system in the colonial policies of the Israeli occupation against the Palestinian people. 

While rejecting this move, Hamas confirms that the Palestinian people will continue to face Israeli crimes with steadfastness and resilience. We also call on the international community and the United Nations to fulfil their responsibility towards the continued Israeli crimes and violations. 

They should also condemn the conduct of the Israeli occupation’s judicial bodies as an integral part of the occupation state’s terrorism exercised against the Palestinian people.
