The Palestinian Islamic Resistance Movement Hamas condemned a call by the so-called Israeli minister of 'national security' to grant a 'medal of honour' to the Israeli colonial settler who murdered a 19-year-old Palestinian citizen in the occupied West Bank city of Ramallah.
Hamas spokesperson Hazem Qasem said that such move "reflects how terrorist and fascist the far-right Israeli occupation government is."
In a press statement Sunday, Qasem explained that such call is indicative of the Israeli occupation government's disregard for all international laws.
An Israeli colonial settler shot dead Qusai Maatan in a terrorist attack on Burqa village, east of Ramallah, last Friday.
