Hamas has condemned the criminal shootings that hit the southern Jordanian city of Karak on Sunday.

In a press release on Tuesday, the Movement said that the shootings aimed to disrupt the Jordanian Kingdom’s security, and extended wishes with stability and prosperity to the Kingdom and all Arab and Muslim countries.

Hamas expressed deep condolences to the families of the victims and the Jordanian people and leadership.

Ten people have been killed on Sunday and several others were wounded in shootings that were carried out by an armed group in the Jordanian city of Karak. Seven of the victims were Jordanian security personnel.
