The Palestinian Islamic Resistance Movement Hamas has condemned the vicious attack by Israeli occupation forces on Palestinian worshipers trying to access the al-Aqsa Mosque through the Lions Gate.

Holding the occupation authorities accountable for the brutal assault against the worshipers, Hamas reiterated that this attack was a provocation of Muslims' feelings and a blatant violation of the internationally recognised right to access places of worship. 

The Palestinian resistance movement also called on the Palestinian people to continue to march to the al-Aqsa Mosque to foil the occupation government's Judaisation schemes targeting it.

Israeli occupation forces have assaulted Muslim worshipers at the Lions Gate of Aqsa Mosque in occupied Jerusalem, resulting in injuries to eight Palestinians.
