The Palestinian Islamic Resistance Movement Hamas welcomes a report issued Wednesday by the UN Committee on the Exercise of the Inalienable Rights of the Palestinian People.
The report confirms that the Israeli occupation of the West Bank constitutes a gross violation of all international laws and conventions.
It highlights several crimes and violations committed by the Israeli occupation authorities, including expanding illegal settlement construction at the expense of Palestinian lands, breaching the rights of the occupied people, and instituting practices of apartheid.
Hamas appreciates the report's call on the fascist Israeli occupation government to immediately and unconditionally withdraw from the occupied West Bank.
The Palestinian resistance movement renews its call for the international community to urgently put the outcomes of such reports into action, take all measures needed to put an end to the Israeli occupation's aggression against the defenseless Palestinian people and ensure that all Israeli occupation leaders and colonial settlers are held accountable for their ongoing crimes against the Palestinian people and their homeland and holy sites.
