The Palestinian Islamic Resistance Movement Hamas praises the Palestinian people and their brave resistance, as they remained loyal to Palestinian martyr Sheikh Khader Adnan and the prisoners' movement, and did not hesitate to fulfil their duty of resisting the Israeli occupation.

As we reaffirm our firm condemnation of the deliberate killing of Adnan, we reiterate the necessity, as we informed all mediators, of releasing the body of Palestinian hunger striker Adnan to allow his family to mourn and arrange a dignified burial.
