The Islamic Resistance Movement, Hamas mourned the death of the Palestinian martyr, Mumen Abu Hamed who was drowned to death near the Egyptian-Palestinian borders.

Hamas expressed its sincerest condolences to the martyr's family. The Egyptian Authorities drowned Abu Hamed by wastewater while he was struggling to make a living for his family next to the borders.

Hamas denounced the tragic incident and noted that it totally refuses such unjustifiable and dangerous methods in dealing with the Gaza Strip's residents.

Hamas called upon the Egyptian Authority to open the Rafah terminal on a regular basis to put an end to the Palestinians' suffering in Gaza.
