Press release issued by the Islamic Resistance Movement, Hamas concerning killing three Palestinians on the borders with Egypt.

With sorrow and regret, the Islamic Resistance Movement, “ Hamas” extends condolences and expresses its sympathy with the families of “ martyrs of the blockade “ ,Abdullah Waleed Al namuly,  Salama Suleiman Abu Shusha, and Obaid Mohammed El Sofy, who  were  killed by gas while trying to  earn a living in the besieged Gaza Strip.  

We condemn this tragic incident emphasizing that there is no justification for the Egyptian Authorities to continue using such lethal means in dealing with the besieged Gazans.  We call upon our brothers in Egypt to open the Rafah Crossing permanently to end the suffering of Gazans.  We  also  affirm  the right of our people to live freely with dignity like other peoples of the world.  Finally, we call the international community to intervene to  endthis unjust and illegal blockade.
