Press Release issued by the spokesperson of the Islamic Resistance Movement 'Hamas', Hussam Badran, concerning executing Husam Al Araj.

The martyr , Basil Al Araj, who was  killed  early morning after an armed clash with the Israeli Occupation Forces in Qadora Camp in Ramallah city is an example of the steadfast conscious fighter who called for resistance in his words and implemented it with his deeds.

We mourn Al Araj and affirm that Palestine will continue to sacrifice martyrs as long as there is occupation and a conscious generation who is aware of  the occupation crimes and who  vows to resist until the last breath.

Facing this reality, there must be a joint national effort by all Palestinian factions and the various national institutions to put an end to the disgraceful  security collaboration between the Palestinian Authority and the Israeli Occupation which  allows the occupation troops to arrest and target the resistors. What was committed against Al Araj sheds the light on the brutality of this ominous security collaboration, specifically  Al Araj’s case as he   on the run after  being released from PA prison. It is worth mentioning that the martyr was killed as he refused to surrender to the Israeli Occupation Forces who arrested his comrades a few days later after being released from PA prions.
