Thousands of Palestinians  poured into the streets for the funeral of the senior Qassam Brigadesleader on Saturday, Mazen Al Foqha, who was assassinated  on Friday night in front of his house.

The Funeral procession headed from Shifa Hospital to El Omari Mosque in Gaza city  to perform Aljanaza(funeral) prayer, then to Sheik Redwan Cemetery where Alfoqha was laid to rest

The leaders of the Islamic Resistance Movement " Hamas", Palestinian resistance factions , Palestinian parliamentarians and dozens of El Qassam members joined the funeral procession.

Khaleel Al Haya, Member of Hamas Political Bureau, said that El Qassam  can  equally responsd to the crime of Al Foqha’s assassination.

The martyr is originally from Tubas  and was sentenced to nine life terms in Israeli prisons, but was released in prisoner exchange deal in 2011 and deported to  the Gaza Strip.
