The representative of the office of Refugee Affairs of the Islamic Resistance Movement "Hamas" in Lebanon assured, on the 41^st anniversary of the Land Day,  that the Right of Return is imprescriptible and no one has the right to negotiate it.

The representative of the office said that the borders of Palestine are fundamental and fixed extending from  the sea to the river and from Ras Al-Naqoura to Umm Al-Rashrash and are an inherent right for all Palestinians.  

He asserted that Palestine is an integral and irreplaceable right for all Palestinians; individual and groups adding that returning to  Palestine is becoming  closer, especially since  this  right is  protected by resistance.

The representative stated that the Land Day is a milestone in the conflict with the Israeli Occupation when the Palestinian people rose up refusing to have their identity distorted and obliterated.

He also pointed out that the 41^st anniversary of the Land Day comes while the Palestinian people exhibit adherence  to their land and holy places despite all Israeli schemas and violations.

The representative commemorated the martyrs who sparked the revolution with their blood for defending their land and rights on 30^th of March, 1976.
