Press Statement
Issued by the Islamic Resistance Movement "Hamas"
The passing of the Planning and Building law, which will accelerate the demolition of Palestinian homes in the occupied Palestinian territories, by the Israel Knesset is an alarming and discriminative plan. This bill aims at displacing the Palestinian people and expelling them from their homes, cities, and villages and replace them with occupying settlers in order to create a new demographic reality that will pave the way for an Israeli apartheid state.
