The Islamic Resistance Movement, Hamas, congratulated the former Minister of Prisoners and the leader of the Hamas movement in the occupied West Bank, Safi Qubha, upon his release from the Israeli occupation prisons.

In a press statement Thursday, Hamas spokesman, Fawzi Barhoum, praised the steadfastness of Qubha and his companions in the face of the challenges and difficulties that are directed towards the Palestinian people, their land, and holy sites.

Barhoum said that sacrifices of Qubha and his companions paved the way for the resistance and the uprising of the Palestinian people.
