The Palestinians prisoners are not left alone in their hunger strike as all the Palestinian people have showed support and unprecedented solidarity toward the prisoners' hunger strike which  they launched to extort their basic rights from their jailers.

Palestinians in the Gaza Strip and occupied West Bank have also went on a strike that was conspicuous everywhere in the Palestinian territories to prove that the Palestinian prisoners are not forgotten and that their just cause is related to every Palestinian citizen.

To sound their anger over the international neglect to the Palestinian prisoners' case, many local activists including university students, humanitarian workers, and disabled people erected a tent where they decided to protest overnight, calling for taking an immediate actions to save the prisoners' lives.

Protestors held banners and signs that read "Save our heroes", and stressed their requests of releasing all the Palestinian prisoners and stopping  the policy of administrative detention to which many Palestinian prisoners have fallen victims to.

Protestors drew the world's attention to the particular agony suffered by the seriously ill patients who are kept behind Israeli bars. Most of those patients are not provided with good medical service, and many of them are endangered with death any time if the Israeli policies are not altered.

It is noteworthy to say that hundreds of Palestinian prisoners have launched a hunger strike for the 14^th day in a row to put the Israeli Occupation Prisons Authorities under pressure to improve their conditions and secure them the very basic of their human rights.
