The Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) in Lebanon organized a political symposium on the 69th anniversary of the Palestinian Nakba.

The symposium, which was held on Saturday in the municipality of Saida, was attended by a group of scientists, Palestinian factions, Lebanese parties and children from the camps.

The representative of the Hamas movement in Lebanon, Ali Barakeh during his speech at the symposium, said that the liberation of Palestine can only be achieved by resistance, pointing out that the Palestinian uprising will continue to escalate.

For his part, the former mayor of Saida stressed that the Palestinian people have the right to live in dignity and prosperity. He also called upon the international community to achieve civil and humanitarian rights for the Palestinians.
