Hamas’ Political Bureau member, Mousa Abu Marzouq has affirmed that Hamas is a national liberation movement which resists the Israeli Occupation and defends its people from Israeli terror.

Abu Marzouq’s latest statement comes after he tweeted that America has partnered with the Israeli Occupation, providing it with money and weapons used to carry out terrorism against the oppressed Palestinian people.

He said that Hamas is disappointed with Trump’s designation of the movement as a “terror organization” in front of Arab leaders in Saudi Arabia, adding that this description of the movement is nothing new and it will not hinder Hamas’s top priorities of freeing Palestinian prisoners and liberating Palestine.

Abu Marzouq also said that political blindness is the reason behind the destruction and siege of Gaza which has caused thousands of deaths and injuries among the citizens. He rhetorically added, “ And Hamas, which defends its people and refuses to abandon their rights is described as a (terror organization)”.
