Fawzi Barhoum, spokesman for the Islamic Resistance Movement "Hamas", stated the following:

The Islamic Resistance Movement, Hamas, condemns the latest terrorist attack that targeted Muslim worshippers as they were leaving the Finsbury Park Mosque in London.  This cowardly terror attack  stems from the continuous racial incitement provoked recently,  by anti-Muslim groups which fuels racists and terrorists with the desire to kill innocent peaceful Muslims and destroy their institutions and mosques. 

This terror attack, as bad as it is, needs to be a reminder for people and governments of the dangers of hate and steps need to be taken to put an end to it, whether it’s targeting Muslims, Christians, Jews, or other groups.   

Our thoughts and prays are with the victims of this terrible act.
