The refugees affairs office in the Islamic Resistance Movement, Hamas in Lebanon said in the International Refugee Day that the right of return is a basic right for the Palestinian people that can never be forgotten.

This year's anniversary comes amid abominable conditions experienced by the Palestinian refugees and severe and drastic cuts imposed on their humanitarian services.

The office added that the UNRWA is bound to provide relief services for the Palestinian refugees including: housing, medical care, and education. He also called on continuous improvement in the services' programs until all Palestinian refugees return to their original villages from which they were uprooted.

The office as well called on the international world and Arab countries to fulfill their responsibilities towards the stranded Palestinian refugees, urging the host countries to secure the demands of dignified living conditions.
