Izz el-Deen al-Qassam Brigades, the armed wing of the Islamic Resistance Movement, Hamas, confirmed that International AlQuds Day is an occasion to unite Arab and Islamic nations and direct their priorities towards liberating Palestine from the Israeli Occupation.

Through Twitter, al-Qassam Brigades spokesperson, Abu Obeida, said, "The only cause that can unite Arab and Muslim nations (Ummah)  and  be their driving force to   regain power is Palestine and Jerusalem.” 

Abu Obeida thanked and praised all the events and people that commemorate the International Al Quds Day and Palestine.

"We call upon  the masses of the Ummah  to interact with and commemorate this anniversary”, he added.

He stressed that the time has come for nations to end their internal and regional conflicts with each other and focus on the liberation of Palestine.
