Dear Audience ... Our noble people:

One of our priorities in the next phase is to restore the role of the Arab and Islamic nation in the Palestinian national struggle and we are confident that the Ummah has been and still is a supporter of the Palestinian cause despite the recent conflicts that hit the region.  As mentioned in the Holy Quran, Palestine is not the issue of Hamas alone, but rather the issue of the Arab and Islamic world.  

We believe that the unity of the nation is one of the necessities for the liberation of Palestine. We must do all we can to contribute to enhance the understanding, dialogue and coordination among the components of the Ummah and we will always support sides who work to achieve this.. In this regard, we call upon all Arab and Islamic countries to unite and coordinate with each other to end the internal and external conflicts they are facing.  

We call upon the brothers in the Gulf countries to whom we express our love,  to resolve the differences between the region’s countries through dialogue, justice,  equality  and unity which has  been characteristic of them over the past decades.

We, from our position in the Hamas movement, support all efforts exerted to end the tension and restore the Gulf and Arab cohesion, which is of great benefit to the Arab world and the Palestinian cause.  

We also call for quick solutions for the conflicts that have taken a toll on the Ummah  and work to thwart the strategy of the hostile forces in perpetuating the conflict in the region and bring them to a dead end before they destroy our present and future for the sake of building the Zionist entity .

We are aware of the painful reality of the Ummah, but today it is called upon more than ever to redouble its support and restore the Palestinian cause and give priority to the support of the Palestinian people and their courageous resistance, which has spared no effort to defend the nation's sanctities and the Zionist threat. The Ummah also needs to be aware of the normalization with Israel and the intellectual, cultural, and economic invasions that are constantly being launched by the Israeli Occupation in an effort to loot their resources, while taking advantage of their fragile positions amid the region’s conflicts.

In Hamas we strive to:

First: Strengthen our relations with the Arab and Islamic countries on the basis of mutual respect without the interference in the internal affairs of these countries and to respect the sovereignty of these countries and the aspirations of their peoples.

Secondly, our policy is to open up to all the Arab and Islamic countries on a solid basis, and in the next stage we will strengthen this strategy, without exception, in order to support our national cause, our resistance and our struggle against the enemy and preserve our Holy sites.

Thirdly: We assure all our brothers in the Arab countries that they will only see virtue  from Hamas and we also wish them  security, stability and protection of their homeland. The movement has always been committed to a constant strategy of only battling for occupied Palestinian and further affirms that its only enemy is the Israeli Occupation.  We further emphasize that Hamas has and will always adhere to its sacred policy of not igniting conflicts or disagreements with Arab and Islamic nations and will continue to resist the Israeli Occupation only.

Fourthly: We denounce any form of extremism and terrorism from any individual or group, and our vision is that legitimate resistance is not terrorism, but is rather an occupied nation’s only hope of gaining their rights and freedom.

The leadership of the movement is developing and further strengthening  its relationship with the Arab Republic of Egypt while recognizing Egypt’s historic role and stance in protecting and supporting the Palestinian people.  I clearly declare that we have opened a new page in this important relationship which has recently witnessed a qualitative leap in this regard. We reaffirm our non-interference in the internal affairs of Egypt and we will work  on maintaining its national security and not permitting anyone to take Gaza as shelter  to undermine Egypt's security and the safety of its people.

Brothers and Sisters:

At the international level, we seek to set off at a steady pace towards forging a clear relationship with the various components of the international community, institutions concerned with the Palestinian cause and the world's liberties, based on the justness of our cause and the strength of our rights and the solid ground that we stand on. Therefore we ask everyone to cooperate with us on the basis of the Palestinian rights while understanding Hamas’s  ideology and stance and ignoring the cancerous Israeli propaganda.

In this context, I would like to express my thanks and appreciation to all the countries that rejected the attempts to isolate Hamas and did not respond to the unjust and biased American designation of Hamas as a “terror organization". We believe we are a national liberation movement and an authentic part of the Palestinian spirit. As a result, the Movement will strengthen its openness policy to all friendly countries including: Russia, China, Latin American countries, South Africa.

I would like to express my gratitude to  the free people of the world, the people, organizations and governments who have supported the Palestinian people and their resistance, and we will continue to work with all of them and develop programs and mechanisms that increase the boycott  of the occupation and bring all Israeli war criminals to court till justice is achieved. I extend great appreciation and thanks to the influential BDS movements boycott movements and universities that are pressuring the Israeli Occupation.

In this regard, the movement will continue its activities and communication  with all the international forces and solidarity movements and we will provide them with  all the facilities and support they need to continue their amazing work for the Palestinian cause. As I previously mentioned, Palestine is the cause of every honourable, humane and free person of this world.

Brothers and Sisters:

We are closely following up the new American policy in the region and the normalization that is taking place between the Israeli Occupation and all efforts aiming to liquidate the Palestinian cause.

I am here before you, clearly and evidently saying, that we are aware of all this and we warn anyone from getting involved in the project aimed at settling the Palestinian cause under the so-called regional or economic peace with an enemy that occupies land and displaces its people. We also hold any party that thinks of going along this road the legal and historical obligations  of Palestine. We further affirm that no projects aimed at ignoring the rights and interests of the Palestinians will pass. We further affirm that the steadfast Palestinian people in all places will not give up their land and their rights. We are a resistant nation and surrendering  has never been our option.  We will not accept losing our rights which  we have sacrificed thousands of martyrs, tens of thousands of wounded and prisoners for.  

We are confident that the Ummah will redirect its compass to the Palestinian cause by supporting its steadfast people, boycotting and pursuing Israel in all international forums and forcing it to pay the price of all the crimes and terror committed against our people.

From my position today as head of the Political Bureau of Hamas, and from this place on the land of Gaza, I say: This is our era, the era of the martyrs and this is our path of liberation. This is our path of resistance. We are a project trying to build a promising and safe future for our young without being murdered, violated and humiliated by the brutal Israeli Occupation. 

Greetings to all the martyrs, the heroic prisoners, the wounded and the honourable fighters who have their fingers ready at the trigger.

The injustice that has been inflicted on the Palestinian people for a century now does not amount to any injustice, but we are confident that the occupation is coming to an end and the liberation of Palestine is soon.
