The head of the political bureau of Hamas, Ismail Haniyeh, participated Saturday evening in the mourning venue  of the Egyptian soldiers who were killed Friday in Sinai which was held west of Gaza city. 

.He expressed his condolences to the Egyptians and the families of the soldiers wishing a speedy recovery to the injured.

Haniyeh stressed that Hamas is in full solidarity with Egypt in this ordeal and  assured that Hamas is moving forward with the steps which have been taken to strengthen the relation with Egypt.

Haniyeh pointed out that the security and the political institutions in Gaza held several meetings to follow up the consequences of the crime in Sinai. He added,  “ We will take all necessary measures on the border so that Gaza remains invulnerable.”

Haniyeh stated ,“ Gaza is an integral part of the Arab and Egyptian security.”

He affirmed,“ Every battle outside Palestine is a of waste energies and souls vain.”

Haniyeh concluded,“ Our message from the mourning venue in Gaza is  affirming  the national , Arab and Islamic unity with our fellow brothers in Egypt and the Arab and Islamic  countries.”
