The Islamic Resistance Movement “ Hamas” organized  demonstrations  throughout  Gaza Strip to condemn Abbas’s measures taken against Gaza to tight the siege.

Hundreds  of people poured into  the streets calling Abbas to leave the presidency. Protestors also called upn  the international community to take urgent steps  to stop the siege and to end the power crisis.

In its speech delivered during the demonstrations , Hamas rejected Abbas’s  decisions to tighten the siege on Gaza and called for isolating him completely from the Palestinian political life.
