The ongoing Israeli harassments against Al Aqsa compound triggered many demonstrations across the Arab and Islamic world to express support for the Islamic site and to lament the Israeli practices inside it.

The Arabic Response:

Thousands took to the street in the Jordanian capital, Amman to voice their support for Al Aqsa. Demonstrators held banners that read "uprising is ongoing till Jerusalem is freed."

Hundreds in Sudan demonstrated against the Israeli plot against Al Aqsa and the Arab and Islamic nations in general. They voiced their full unequivocal support for Al Aqsa's guards who stand against the Israeli practices.

In the same context, hundreds of protestors participated in angry demonstrations in Lebanon and Egypt to prove that Al Aqsa and its guards are not alone when facing the Israeli barbarity, and to criticize the official and ominous Arab silence over the ongoing crisis in Jerusalem.

The Islamic Response:

Across some Islamic cities, protestors took to the streets  in support of Al Aqsa compound.

In Turkey, thousands of demonstrators protested against the latest Israeli measures taken against the Muslim worshippers in Al Aqsa, while holding banners and posters that show support for the Islamic site and its courageous guards.

More than fifty Turkish scholars (sheikhs) from different parties signed a petition to back Al Aqsa's issue and to lament the weak reaction towards it.

In Malaysia and Indonesia, demonstrators held marches to support Al Aqsa and to express their refusal to the conspiracy against the Islamic nations by targeting its holy shrines.

They called upon the Islamic world to take swift actions to stop these Israeli harassments.
