The Palestinian factions announced their agreement to activate the Committee of Community Reconciliation in accordance with the Cairo Agreement of  2011.

This came Sunday after a meeting  which joined  the Palestinian factions; Hamas , Fateh, Islamic Jihad, Saeka , National Initiative and the Popular Front.

It was also decided the other factions are to be invited to sign the Agreement and to participate in the work of the Committee of Community Reconciliation.

The first meeting of the Committee is scheduled within days.
