The head of the Political Bureau of Hamas, Ismail Haniyeh called  the Qatari Foreign Minister, Mohammed Abdul Rahman Al Thani, to congratulate him on Eid Al-Adha and  praise the  continuous Qattari efforts of supporting the Palestinian people in Gaza Strip and their just cause.

Haniyeh reiterated the Palestinian people’s  gratitude and appreciation to the Qatari Emir, Government and people who have  supported and stood by the Palestinian people during the toughest of  circumstances. He also welcomed all efforts made, and the Qatari efforts in particular,  to achieve the national reconciliation to restore the unity of the Palestinian people

On his part,  the minister stressed that the Qatari stance towards the Palestinian cause and people is   fim assuring the continuity of the Qatari support to the Palestinian people in Gaza Strip. He also pointed out that Qatar will exert all efforts needed to achieve the Palestinian national reconciliation.
