Hamas spokesperson , Abdul Latif Al Qanoa’ issued the following :
We, in Hamas, praise the steadfastness of the Jerusalemite MPs in confronting the racist Israeli plots and the oppressive measures taken against them in the occupied Jerusalem. The MPs succeeded in confronting the latest Israeli oppressive attempts to confiscate their IDs as a way to deprive them from their rights in their homeland. This attempt failed in the face of the MPs’ steadfastness which defeated this serious and extremist measure.
We highly praise the brave stands of the Jerusalemites and their MPs and confirm our support to them and the all the people of Jerusalem and their right to defend their homeland and holy places.
