The spokesperson of Hamas, Hussam Badran, has stated the following on Twitter:

Hamas has postponed the travel of the movement's delegation to Egypt to give the chance for the Egyptian authorities to convince leaders of Fatah to come to Egypt and commence a serious reconciliation talk in Cairo.

Hamas's delegation has come to Egypt on the ground of embarking on talks without preconditions, and we in Hamas hope that our brothers in Fatah will express their willingness to start negotiations without preconditions.
