Fawzi Barhoum, Hamas spokesperson, stated the following:

Following Hamas’s decision to dissolve the administrative committee  in Gaza Strip, we call upon the Palestinian Authority to lift the punitive measures it imposed on Gaza Strip and permit Hamadallah’s  government to immediately carry on with its responsibilities towards Gaza Strip.
