The head of the Political Bureau of Hamas, Islmail Haniyeh, phoned the President of the Palestinian Authority, Mahmoud Abbas, and discussed the arrangements for receiving the Palestinian government in Gaza.

They reviewed on Sunday the  positive atmosphere  currently  prevailing  the Palestinian arena   and the ways to exploit it in achieving the goals of the Palestinian people to establish their state on the entire land of Palestine with  Jerusalem as its capital.

Haniyeh and Abbas assured that   communication  will continue in order  to begin  direct dialogue on all issues. They  welcomed  the Egyptian delegation and asserted that the Egyptian visit reflects  Egypt’s  support of  the Palestinian reconciliation.
