Hamas spokesperson, Fawzi Barhoum, said that the movement’s internal and external delegation, headed by the deputy head of the political bureau, Saleh Al-Arouri has arrived in Cairo Monday. 

Barhoum said that the delegation will hold dialogues with the Fatah movement under Egyptian auspices on all issues and files related to the reconciliation and the procedures and mechanisms required to implement the Cairo agreement 2011. 

Politburo member, Musa Abu Marzouq, has confirmed that the meetings in Cairo are an extremely important phase, especially in light of optimistic atmosphere of the reconciliation.

On his twitter account, Abu Marzouq also pointed out that the success of the Cairo talks rely on the support PA President, Mahmoud Abbas, provides.
