Hamas spokesperson Hazem Qasem has lauded Arab and international positions against Israeli plans to annex large swaths from the occupied West Bank.

In a press release, Qasem called for “serious and practical” steps to be taken on the ground to pressure the Israeli occupation and US administration to reverse annexation plans.

Political and media stances are not enough as the Israeli occupation is accustomed to breaking international consensus and always acts as an outlawed bully, Qasem explained.
