According to the monthly report issued on Saturday, Israeli occupation forces shot dead two Palestinian citizens and injured 66 others.
During September, 344 citizens were arrested and 33 others were detained by Israeli occupation troops.
The report documented 28 assaults against Palestinian holy sites and places of worship by the Israeli occupation authorities.
Meanwhile, 1,283 Israeli settlers stormed al-Aqsa Mosque as the Israeli occupation authorities banned 23 Palestinians, including guards of al-Aqsa Mosque and religious officials, from accessing the Muslim scared compound in occupied Jerusalem.
At least 16 illegal Israeli settlement activities, including confiscating and razing Palestinian land, building settler-only roads, and approving the construction of illegal settlement units, were reported over the past month.
Israeli occupation forces conducted 307 raids in several areas across the occupied West Bank and Jerusalem, in which they stormed 94 Palestinian homes.
The number of permeant and temporary military checkpoints set up by the Israeli occupation in the West Bank reached 395, according to the report.
Over the past month, the Israeli occupation army demolished 29 Palestinian houses and 39 structures, including shops and agricultural facilities among others.
Some 37 Palestinian-owned properties, including equipment, vehicles, construction materials, and tents, were confiscated by the Israeli occupation authorities in September, marking an increase compared to August, in which eight Palestinian properties were seized.
Hebron, Jerusalem, and Bethlehem were the cities most affected by Israeli violations, with 301, 289, and 237 violations respectively.
