Member of Hamas Political Bureau Izzat al-Risheq expressed on Sunday his movement’s solidarity with Jordan and keenness for security and stability to prevail in the kingdom.

In a press release, al-Risheq stressed that Jordan has a “strategic” significance for the Palestinian cause and that the Palestinian and Jordanian peoples “are brothers who share same history and common fate.” 

Jordan has supported the Palestinian people for a long time, reinforced their steadfastness on their land and preserved their holy sites, al-Risheq explained.

The Hamas official wished Jordan a future of security and stability and be far from any harm.
